Terms & Conditions


By confirming an order, you agree to send payment in a timely manner, using the method you have selected. If you confirmed an order by mistake, you will need to contact me immediately to request cancellation of the order.

Please send payment immediately unless a specific date has been agreed upon prior to purchase. If payment or notification of payment has not been received within 3 days of order confirmation, your order will be cancelled. A polite reminder will be emailed on day 3, before terminating the order on day 4.

Communication is key. If no contact is received, your order will be cancelled. You may be banned from making future orders if you repeatedly fail to comply with these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check your email account regularly and keep me informed if you are facing any payment issues.

Unless items are already paid for, prices are subject to change at any time without warning.


Orders will only be shipped once payment has cleared. PayPal eCheques, bank transfers, money orders and cheques may take a few days to come through.

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible if your item is lost during shipping without registration. I am not obligated to re-make your order free of charge, in the event that your parcel does not arrive.

Please be sure you have provided the correct delivery address during checkout. Your order will always be shipped to the address you provide with your order, not your PayPal address. If you are moving to a new address and have set up forwarding, please do not order until you have completed your move. Again, I am not obligated to re-ship if the address you provided is inaccurate.

Stolen mail can also happen at any time. If you are aware of such occurrences happening in your country, please ask for registration. Different countries have different rates, so please inquire before you purchase.

Buyer is responsible for all duty and customs charges incurred by their local government.

Damages and Repairs

If there is a problem with your item upon arrival or within 30 days after your order is shipped, please contact me to report it and to arrange for it to be returned. Return postage costs can be covered in the form of a refund on PayPal or bank deposit. Postage costs will only be returned to you if the items were faulty on arrival or a mistake was made on my part. Once the returned item is received, it can either be fixed or replaced, and then reshipped to you.

Ongoing repairs past 30 days can be done free of charge, however, customers must pay for shipping both ways.


If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send your order back within 30 days, in its original condition to receive a full refund minus shipping costs. Please inform me before returning items. All items must be unused and in their original packaging, or else only a partial refund will be granted. Customers are to pay for return shipping where items are not faulty. Your refund will be issued once the returned items are received and checked.

Used Items

Since 30 day refunds are accepted, it is possible that some customers may have tried on the jewellery. It is strongly advised that you gently wash all jewellery thoroughly before wearing. Please, do not scrub polymer clay.

Polymer Clay Durability

Although clay items are hard plastic, they are breakable! Please treat your pieces with care, because although they are not expensive pieces of art, they should be given the same respect or even more. Please do not wear these pieces of jewellery to bed or in the shower. They are not designed to be worn all day, or in conditions where they may be damaged, for example by pulling, knocking or banging against other objects. Dropping or knocking can cause some pieces to crack or break.

When cleaning your jewellery, only use mild soap and water. Never scrub with a brush, as this may accidentally dislodge sprinkles or other toppings, and may also cause varnished areas to become scratched.

Items will not be replaced for free if it is/was handled irresponsibly.
